Another Multi-million dollar celebrity divorce. Jennifer Butler Murray has been married to Bill Murray for nearly eleven years. She filed for divorce claiming that her husband, Bill Murray, is addicted to alcohol and marijuana and that he abused her. Spousal abuse is quite a claim, even for celebrity marriages..err..divorces. Divorce attorneys who represent celebrities must make a fortune.
Jennifer Butler Murray’s divorce papers were filed on May 12 in Charleston County, South Carolina. In the complaint, she doesn’t mention the alcohol or marijuana, only that she was “the victim to frequent abandonment” by Bill Murray. I use Comcast as my ISP. I’m not crazy about them as a company but their internet service is fast so I stay with them. The Comcast Homepage this morning was showing some strange text this morning. They are supposed to have some very high level internet security and hacker proof internet appliances, firewalls and other hacker prevention software and hardware on their servers. I do not use the Comcast Email or the Comcast Webmail features because I prefer to use Gmail or one of my domains for email instead. My hosting provider has their own internet security in place and I run backups regularly. I also download my email to my PC instead of having it hosted only. Even Gmail.
I don’t like to use Comcast Email or go to the Comcast Homepage much because if and when I ever switch ISPs, I would need to get a new email address and let everyone know. I’ve gone through email address changes before and it is a pain in the neck. Normal users worry about virus software and adware, but this stuff is on a different level. Read the rest of this entry »
Rachel Ray Scarf prompts the pulling of an ad she did for Dunkin Donuts. Apparently the execs at Dunkin Donuts felt that Rachel Ray’s Scarf looked too much like a keffiyeh, a traditional headdress worn by Arab men. I wonder if they will add a latte or cappucino to the menu with a photo of Rachel Ray’s Scarf on the cup. The Rachel Ray Scarf Photo shows nothing more than a nice black and white silk scarf as far as I can tell.
People please. What in the heck does Rachel Ray’s Scarf have to do with Homeland Security and Terrorism? If you are concerned for public security or terrorism, then pulling Rachel Ray Scarf from a donut ad is not going to help you. Not to mention Middle East relations. Iron Lung Woman’ Diane Odell died today after a Power outage at her home. The Iron Lung enabled her to breathe and without power, the Iron Lung stopped functioning. Iron Lungs are also known as Negative Pressure Generators. The family tried to get emergency generators to power the Iron Lung but they could not keep Diane Odell breathing. Just a real quick post to say Thank You to Vic Franqui of BloggerUnleashed for getting me setup on this blog and for teaching me how to make more money online. This is my first post on this blog and there will be many more to come, but for now I just wanted to put something up to get the ball rolling. What better to start than with a thank you?
